The following is a quote from Joyce Meyer one of the world's practical Bible teachers and someone I find frequently speaks into my life:
Isaiah 41:10 says, Fear not, for I am with you. I believe God works gently with us to bring us out of bondage and into liberty. If you've been afraid of something and desire to be free, the time will eventually come when you'll have to face your fear and not run away from it. Just take Jesus' hand, acknowledge that He is with you, and do it. If you're afraid of people with authority, the time will come when you'll have to confront an authority figure and not cower in fear. God will have arranged the time. He'll be there, but you'll have to choose whether to go through or run away.

I began putting this blog together for July and wanted to stand with France and Germany in their grief - but then - more - and every day - more attrocities! It's just been horrifying every time we put on the news - what next? Well, next was the massacre in Japan, then the Priest murdered in his Church.
Life has to go on though and there are good people and good things that happen, like........
Every day in the UK young people are doing extraordinary things to make a difference to the lives of others. They are giving first aid, helping vulnerable people, taking part in campaigns and fundraising huge amounts for charity.
And now for another good thing!
As I come to the end of this blog for turbulent July 2016, please remember to love this world and the people in it and do what you can to help keep peace!
