“F” IS FOR FACTORY FARMED. GET ROUTINE ANTIBIOTICS OUT OF OUR FOOD!

Is it acceptable for a cheap egg or piece of chicken?
Are these creatures so liable to disease that they are pumped full of antibiotics?
What about us then, when we eat them, overdose of medicine we didn't need, and when we do need antibiotics, would it be that the superbugs are more powerfull than the medicine?

Then there's the cruelty involved. Wires under their feet, can't stand up, bored out of their minds.......and more!

That's just the chickens! What about the cows?

CHOOSING MEAT AND POULTRY RAISED WITHOUT ANTIBIOTICS, AND HUMANELY, IS THE WAY WE CONSUMERS CAN  INFLUENCE THE GOVERNMENT, THE FARMERS AND THE SUPERMARKETS.

WE DON'T BUY, THEY'LL CHANGE!

Bad diets make for sick animals –

and people too.

Health - time - regrets

JUST A BIG SORRY WHEN I DON'T BUY FREE-RANGE!

BUT THE ADVICE IS:

DON’T WASTE YOUR LIFE IN REGRET!

Are you living with regret over the time you’ve wasted, the opportunities you’ve squandered, the wrong things you’ve done, and the relationships you’ve destroyed?

Regret is a waste of time!

Unless it teaches you wisdom and fuels your resolve to do better next time.

And as long as you’re breathing, there will be a ‘next time’.

One of the Bible’s central themes is ‘resurrection’. That means you can arise again. God said in His Word, ‘Forget…what’s happened; don’t keep going over old history. I’m about to do something brand-new’. It’s a new day with a new opportunity to get your life together and move on to greater things. Don’t waste it looking back in regret! Say sorry – move on!

I’ve got a bit of regret that I haven't looked after myself quite as I should! Busy Mum, then a career.

Having a bit of a problem with my diet - can't decide which healthy eating pattern I should be on. Last week I was a vegan, albeit a cheese eating one - but then I read about the fantastic properties of chicken broth and other bones!

I follow Dr Axe - more info : (https://draxe.com/the-healing-power-of-bone-broth-for-digestion-arthritis-and-cellulite).

So Grandma was right then, chicken soup heals-all!
Bone broths contain minerals in forms that your body can easily absorb: calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, silicon, sulphur and others. They contain chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine, the compounds sold as pricey supplements to reduce inflammation, arthritis and joint pain - and guess what - you can even buy a bone broth tablet now!

WHO OWNS OUR SEEDS?

http://seedfreedom.info/who-owns-the-seed/

SAYS:  multinational corporations like Monsanto, Du Pont, Syngenta and Bayer, DO believe they can own our seeds - or they are trying to by patenting the seeds. A patent is an exclusive right granted to an inventor to make and sell the patented product BUT a seed is not an invention, at least not by man. That is why patents on seeds are illegitimate! Even genetically engineered crops. Look at these two comments on the above sebsite, and I agree!   To claim that something that occurs naturally is owned via a patent is absurd and morally wrong, what next, a patent on sunlight, oxygen, carbondioxide, photosynthesis!
(Alen Lewis)
How has humanity come to such a low point in life that we actually have to patent something God created, not man. Is this really the new way to make money? (Jessie Logan)

Well........ the Bible says in Genesis 1 verse 29 that God gave all the seed-bearing plants throughout the world to us for our food so I guess Monsanto are out-of-line with this patent!

What do you think? Tell me! Perhaps you don't care, but your grandchildren might when they can only buy GMO corrupted seed and at whatever price these commercial giants decide to charge!

Now what would these guys be after?

SOME FACTS ABOUT VULTURES!

Did you watch the BBC programme Ingenious Animals? Vultures are not at all what we've been told and never attack or try to eat the flesh of an animal until it's dead. (I'm sure that's what it said on the programme but I've just read they will attack wounded and dying animals!)

"They keep the environment clean and help prevent the spread of disease.
Their digestive system contains special acids that will dissolve anthrax, botulism, and cholera bacteria.
By consuming the carcasses of diseased animals, vultures prevent the spread of life-threatening diseases such as rabies and anthrax among animals and humans.

A world without vultures would be a foul-smelling place filled with disease and rotting carcasses — let’s hear it for these unsung environmental heroes!"

COMPASS JOINS CAGE-FREE REVOLUTION
Tesco, Aldi, Booker and Sodexo have all recently announced their intention to go cage-free.. http://www.foodservicefootprint.com/news/compass-joins-cage-free-revol

Hens in battery cages lead lives of crowded misery. On average, each caged laying hen has only 67 square inches of cage space—less space than a single sheet of letter-sized paper on which to live her entire life. Unable even to spread her wings.

Buying free-range is the simplest thing we can do to help the hens that lay our eggs.

THE OTHER DAY...............
www.dreamstime.com -sad crying heart
Music brings up memories, and our emotions can react to a song, remembering a time when we were in love with someone!

This happened to me the other day - I felt really miserable as the song played on - I missed that person!

Trouble is - I couldn't remember who it was!

Yes, a bit of a joke! But...now that I'm a Christian, Jesus is my new love and I am very blessed to have Him in my life -
I won't be forgetting Him!
