Is it acceptable for a cheap egg or piece of chicken?
Are these creatures so liable to disease that they are pumped full of antibiotics?
What about us then, when we eat them, overdose of medicine we didn't need, and when we do need antibiotics, would it be that the superbugs are more powerfull than the medicine?
Then there's the cruelty involved. Wires under their feet, can't stand up, bored out of their minds.......and more!
That's just the chickens! What about the cows?

CHOOSING MEAT AND POULTRY RAISED WITHOUT ANTIBIOTICS, AND HUMANELY, IS THE WAY WE CONSUMERS CAN INFLUENCE THE GOVERNMENT, THE FARMERS AND THE SUPERMARKETS.
WE DON'T BUY, THEY'LL CHANGE!
BUT THE ADVICE IS:
One of the Bible’s central themes is ‘resurrection’. That means you can arise again. God said in His Word, ‘Forget…what’s happened; don’t keep going over old history. I’m about to do something brand-new’. It’s a new day with a new opportunity to get your life together and move on to greater things. Don’t waste it looking back in regret! Say sorry – move on!

JUST A BIG SORRY WHEN I DON'T BUY FREE-RANGE!
BUT THE ADVICE IS:
DON’T WASTE YOUR LIFE IN REGRET!
Are you living with regret over the time you’ve wasted, the opportunities you’ve squandered, the wrong things you’ve done, and the relationships you’ve destroyed?
Regret is a waste of time!
Unless it teaches you wisdom and fuels your resolve to do better next time.
And as long as you’re breathing, there will be a ‘next time’.

So Grandma was right then, chicken soup heals-all!
Bone broths contain minerals in forms that your body can easily absorb: calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, silicon, sulphur and others. They contain chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine, the compounds sold as pricey supplements to reduce inflammation, arthritis and joint pain - and guess what - you can even buy a bone broth tablet now!Regina Brett |
